KSESS 2024
Date: 12th October 2024
Had the opportunity to be a part of the Karachi Schools & Educational Supplies Show 2024 at Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi. Alizeh moderated a fruitful session on “The Future of Education” with Falak Shaikhani, Founder of The Aster School, Maheen Adamjee, Founder & CEO of Dot & Line, and Shahab Yakoob, Co-founder of Credo College. It was a historic event in the evolution of education in Pakistan, and it was an honor to be a part of it.
BGN Alumni Pre-Departure Meet-Up
Date: 10th September 2024
We hosted a pre-departure event for BGN Alumni, including students preparing for the September 2024 intake as well as those who had previously worked with us. Alizeh shared valuable tips for studying in the UK, highlighting the challenges she herself faced as a student and offering strategies to overcome commonly faced difficulties. Additionally, previous BGN students currently studying in the UK spoke to the new students, sharing their experiences. A pre-departure guide was also prepared and distributed to help students with their transition from Pakistan to the UK.
Annual Dental Congress
Date: 14th September 2024
It was an honour to be invited as a guest speaker at the Annual Dental Congress 2024, held at Aga Khan University, Karachi. Alizeh focused on the power of personal branding, utilising various frameworks such as Holland Codes, SMART Goals, and SWOT Analysis. In addition, she provided guidance on university applications for Master’s programs in the UK, as well as general career tips for dental students.
Career Day, Bay View Academy
Date: 20th September 2024
It was an honor to be invited as a guest speaker at the Career Day at Bay View Academy. Alizeh focused on personal branding, introducing frameworks like Holland Codes, SMART Goals, and SWOT Analysis to help 10th and 11th-grade students build a strong foundation for their future. She provided practical advice on writing personal statements and crafting effective CVs for O’levels students, with a strong emphasis on college preparation. Alizeh also shared essential tips on navigating the college application process, choosing the right courses, and preparing for admissions to universities in the UK and beyond.
Moderating The City School Conference
Date: 20th April 2024
We were honoured to be invited as a moderator for The City School’s annual national educational conference, ‘Engaging Minds, Transforming Education,’ held at Movenpick Karachi. As a moderator for the panel discussion ‘Shaping the future: meeting challenges’, Alizeh skillfully asked thought-provoking questions from diverse panelist about the future of disruption on education. This conference highlighted the transformative power of inclusive leadership and the importance of adapting to the challenges of the 21st century as an educational institution.
BGN Graduate Masterclass
Date: 17th February 2024
Held an interactive masterclass for aspiring Graduate students online and in-person. Attended by students from the UK, Turkey, and Pakistan, the class covered all the do’s & dont’s of applying to your dream Masters program including personal statement overview, CV tips, finalising your course and university, amongst more. The class concluded with a detailed 40 minute Q&A session with tailored notes provided to each student for their queries.
BVA Foundation Workshop

We held an informative workshop, Q&A, and presentation with graduating 11th grade students at Bay View Academy on undergraduate programs in the UK. With a focus on foundation programs and oxbridge applications, we prepared the students for potential future prospects
BGN UCAS MASTERCLASS 2

After the success of the first, we held a second Masterclass for UCAS students in October. We had students from top colleges within Pakistan, they were given a custom BGN notebook with all the tips and tricks to master their UCAS application.
BGN UCAS MASTERCLASS
Date: 5th July 2023
BGN’s first UCAS Masterclass in July proved immensely successful, offering invaluable guidance to students seeking admission to UK universities. With a strategic focus on equipping attendees with essential tips and tricks, the session empowered students to DIY their UCAS applications effectively. The outcome saw 60% of participants scheduling follow-up sessions with BGN, while 20% chose to become BGN clients.
BVA Career Day

As the Keynote Speaker on Bay View Academy’s annual Career Day, we encouraged students to keep values of integrity, community service & independent research when choosing their careers. We touched upon emerging and unconventional careers and how to make parents an active part in the decision process.
